Tim Mosley’s House
The meeting was called to order at 6:20 p.m. by Tim Mosley, President.
Board members present: Tim Mosley, Pam McGill, Viki Martin, Alan Pierce, Gary Danielson, Michelle Taylor, and Amanda Young.
New board members present: Jeffrey Franks and Pat Daniel. Board Members absent: None.
Housekeeping Items
Meeting minutes were approved from the October board meeting and from the annual POA meeting.
Treasurer’s Report: Alan presented the treasurer’s report with an October end-of-month balance of $13,543.25.
Going forward, Alan will need to run financial reports for dues, etc. from Clover through the new site.
Update on Replacing Wild Apricot
Amanda to finish out a few last things on the website including setting up communication methods. Pam will continue to help with this.
Amanda will also send out an email to all existing contacts with information on how to join the neighborhood site.
Board Members and Officers Outgoing – Gary Danielson, Pam McGill Incoming – Jeffrey Franks, Pat Daniel New Officers:
- Jeffrey Franks – Vice President (will need to get added to bank signature card)

Jeffrey and Pat to get head shots to Amanda to update the website with new board.
Welcome Packet
Michelle to update information for this so we can have everything to hand out to new residents – by end of month.
Other
- Tim to get letter with a community wish list to the county judge this week. He will also get contact and information for Pam on what they will doing on the trails and if the county is willing to be the applicant in grants.
- Continued issues with 30 River Road West – discussion around possible solutions.
- Issue with resident leaving antifreeze out in bowls for wild animals — concerned about dogs and/or children getting into the bowls. Will monitor and take further action as needed.
- Front entrance decorations – use existing ones for now and get new ones after that. Proposed dates of November 23-24. Michelle to confirm with Tresia Scroggins, who has agreed to coordinate the decoration efforts.
- Gary agreed to go through the neighborhood to compile a list of homes for sale and the realtors for each. He will then contact each realtor to ensure they are aware of the Bill of Assurance, mandatory dues (if applicable), etc.
Next board meeting is scheduled for December 10, 2024 at 6:15 p.m. With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:03 p.m.
