About our neighborhood
We are a non-profit property owners association made up of residents of the River Plantation subdivision near Mayflower, AR.
Our POA owns approximately 70 acres of greenspace land that was formerly part of the golf course. Your dues allow the POA to insure the property and pay taxes so that all POA Members can enjoy using the cart paths and park area.
